If we do not receive your confirmation and your deposit 30 days before arrival, you will be notified that your dates have been cancelled and we cannot guarantee that we will have the space for you.
All rates are weekly and subject to an additional 7% accommodations tax.
Bryon or a representative from the office will be able to address any concerns you may have regarding location of keys, taxis, etc. If you require any special arrangements, they can be arranged through Bryon’s Office for a fee.
Please observe the rules of the Tortola House and conserve water. In the event that the hot water is not on, the switch for the heater is located in the living room and is clearly labeled.

It is wise to bring a windbreaker/light jacket when dining out as it can become cool in the evenings. Dinner reservations are a must.
